§ 01 - Why this exists
Each side is waiting on a decision the others hold.
Across climate, capital and industrial transition, technology, procurement and policy rarely move at the same speed. The people who could unblock a market are usually working on different sides of it, inside different institutions, mandates and incentives.
The question is whether the people holding different parts of the decision ever work on it together. The Decision Room is built around the gaps between them. We define the live constraint, identify the people who hold the decisions around it, and compose a room small enough for everyone inside it to take part in the work.
Edition I tested that model in Zürich on 8 May 2026. Eight Roundtables and Workshops produced 23 recorded commitments and one term sheet agreed on the day. Between annual editions, smaller Back Tables take selected questions further with the people closest to them.

§ 02 - The institution
One institution. Four mechanisms.
Four parts, each doing a different job. Together, they carry a question from the room into the year that follows.

Roundtables and Workshops
Where a live question, constraint or objective is worked by the people who hold the decisions around it.

The Capital Floor
Where active capital, active theses and market intent are visible throughout the day.
iii.
The Record
Where selected sessions continue as research after the room. The conclusions that leave it, the essays and reports that test them, and the partners who brought the questions, named on the work.

Where selected questions continue between editions.

Aaron has spent over a decade working across climate and industrial transition with founders, corporates and the organisations around them, particularly when a venture, market or idea needs to become clear enough for others to act. He runs Brighter Future Studio, working across capital, industrial adoption, emerging market structures and venture strategy. He also writes The Decision Room's essay series, carrying questions from the Roundtables and Workshops into The Record.

Camille has spent her career across climate ventures, impact finance and the institutions that support them, most recently leading the accelerator programme at Brainforest. She co-founded Trust Exchange and works across the Swiss institutional and impact-finance ecosystem, with relationships spanning founders, investors, corporates, foundations and the organisations that allocate alongside them.
