Edition I ran across two layers.

The Capital Floor

Open · curated · in motion

Twenty investor booths anchored the floor, each carrying thesis, stage focus and cheque size. Investors without a booth were identifiable by badge as they moved through it.

The floor was organised by thematic cluster, so people moved through it by relevance.

ii.

The Backroom

Capped · multi-stakeholder · private

Eight closed-door sessions ran alongside the floor, what Edition II runs as Roundtables and Workshops. Sessions pulled specific clusters off the floor for sixty minutes at a time and returned in waves.

Capped at twenty, multi-stakeholder, and built around capital formation, procurement, infrastructure and scale. Chatham House Rule throughout, with speakers anonymised in the published report.

§ 02 - Themes

Five clusters shaped Edition I.

The programme ran across these five clusters on the 8th of May 2026, with eight closed-door sessions distributed between them.

i.

Energy Transition & Decarbonisation

Grid, infrastructure, and industrial decisions. Capital moving into the systems that determine whether the transition happens at speed.

ii.

Nature & Biodiversity

Nature markets need structure before they absorb capital at scale. Credibility, legibility, and investability are the bottlenecks.

Alternative Food Systems

Ingredient platforms and novel supply chains ready to move beyond pilot and integrate into industrial food systems.
