§ Edition I founding partners

Wyss Academy + Innpact

Edition I scored 9.3 out of 10 with attendees; Roundtables were 300% oversubscribed

▲ The principle

Partners shape the question. The room owns the answer.

Bring us a live market constraint, question or piece of work. Together we sharpen the brief: define what needs to be understood, tested or built, frame it so the right people have a reason to join, identify the decision-makers and missing voices it requires, and design the right format around it.

Your organisation leads the work into the room. Your team takes part directly, the session or programme carries your name, and the published record credits who convened it and what it set out to address.

The conclusions belong to the people who reached them. We capture what emerged and, where the work warrants it, take the argument further through The Record.

§ 01 - The Anchor

Start with the question.

The flagship partnership, for organisations with a constraint the market has to work through and the standing to convene the people who could work it.

"Sharing with just a few people around one question. Not listening to a panel where you hardly have the opportunity to exchange with peers. That is the difference."

Anchor Partner
Build the programme a live market constraint requires.
An Anchor commissions a programme of work around one live constraint.
  • The brief defined with our team, and the people the work requires identified
  • Participation strategy for the programme, and recruitment beyond the edition across your network and ours
  • Two Roundtables working different sides of the same constraint, and a Workshop where they meet
  • A bespoke element where the work requires it: a private briefing, a floor intervention or another format designed around the brief
Includes first right of renewal and protection against a directly competing Anchor brief within the agreed scope.
Edition II · 15 passes · limited Anchor positions
Every Anchor brief is built around the work it sets out to do.
How an Anchor works
· One example ·
one shape among several

The programme is built around the constraint you name, and the sessions are designed as one movement, with each stage working a different side of the same brief.

The constraint

Capital wants exposure to a market that does not yet have the structures to carry it. The instrument that could work has not been built, and nobody is yet willing to underwrite the first one.

Roundtable 01 · enablers

Who could structure it

The people who could build a financeable instrument, what currently prevents them, and what would have to change.

Roundtable 02 · demand

Whose commitment would make it viable

The other side of the same constraint: the buyers, offtakers and aggregators whose commitment would make the structure financeable, and the conditions they would require.

Workshop · the close

Working the structure

Pressure-test one credible structure against a named case, with the people who could build it and the people whose commitment would make it viable at the table together.

▼ After the day

What carries beyond the room.

i.

The record

The conclusions reached, the conditions attached to them, the barriers still unresolved, the points where the session disagreed, and any next moves participants chose to make explicit. Partners review it for factual accuracy before publication.

ii.

The essay

Where the work warrants it, the argument is researched against the public evidence and published in full under The Decision Room. Five Edition I essays are published so far.

iii.

The continuation

The work can carry into the next edition rather than resetting, with the question developing from where the last session left it.

§ 02 - Defined formats

Or take one session.

A Roundtable works one question. A Workshop works one objective. An Anchor works one constraint through a programme. Both formats below are limited.

▼ Run a workshop
Workshop Host
Work the route forward.
A facilitated working session built around something that needs to be tested, structured or built.
  • Define one working objective with our team
  • The session composed around the objective from the edition's participants
  • Facilitate one applied session: structure an instrument, pressure-test a model, or build a capability the market lacks
  • Pair it with a Roundtable when the conversation needs to feed the work
CHF 12,500 · 3 passes
▼ Closed-door session
Roundtable Host
Put one live question on the table.
You bring the question. We sharpen it with you and compose the Roundtable around the people it requires.
  • Sharpen one live question with our team
  • A table of up to twenty, composed from the edition and weighted to your question
  • Nominate participants you want at the table, subject to fit
  • Factual review of the post-session record before publication
  • Pair it with a Workshop when the question needs to become working output
CHF 7,500 · 3 passes

Each stands on its own. A Roundtable puts you at the head of a table you could not convene alone. A Workshop puts you in the session where a route gets worked. Taken together, they form a natural sequence.

Collective Delegation
Bring your network into the room together.
For banks, asset managers, networks and platforms bringing a relevant group of companies, members or clients into Edition II.
  • Two to four booths grouped on The Capital Floor
  • Participation scaled to the delegation and agreed as part of the brief
  • Priority consideration for relevant Roundtables and Workshops

A stand on the floor without a partnership is a booth, on the Access page.
