The Decision Room · Edition I · Effective 8 May 2026 · Formerly Momentum Summit

01About The Decision Room and the organiser

The Decision Room is an invite-led, approval-based event. Its first edition, formerly held under the name Momentum Summit, took place in Zürich on 8 May 2026 during Zürich Climate Week. The event is organised and operated by Brighter Future Studio Ltd (the "Organiser"). It does not operate as a consultancy, platform, or advisory service.

References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Brighter Future Studio Ltd. References to "you" mean the attendee, applicant, or ticket purchaser.

The Decision Room is the name of the event only. It does not represent a standalone legal entity, ongoing service, or separate commercial platform.

02Approval-based attendance and eligibility

The Decision Room is curated. All attendance is subject to approval, even if payment has been made.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw access where attendance is not aligned with the purpose of the room, where information provided is inaccurate, or where capacity or balance constraints require changes.

If we decline an applicant after payment, we will refund the ticket price in full.

03Tickets, pricing, and what is included

Ticket types and prices are shown in the Access section of the website and may include founder passes, investor passes, and ecosystem partner passes.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, tickets provide single-person admission only and include access to the main event programme for the day.

Travel, accommodation, and incidental expenses are not included.

04Application and confirmation process

Where an application form is used, submitting the form does not guarantee a ticket or entry.

Tickets are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from the Organiser.

We may request additional information to complete the review.

05Payments

Payments must be made via the payment method provided.

Your place is not secured until payment is received and your attendance is confirmed.

All prices are shown in CHF unless stated otherwise.

Taxes or processing fees may apply depending on the payment provider and jurisdiction.

06Refunds and cancellation policy

If you cancel your ticket, refunds are available as follows unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • More than 60 days before the event: full refund minus processing fees.
  • 30 to 60 days before the event: 50% refund minus processing fees.
  • Less than 30 days before the event: no refund.

We may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable where applicable.

If you are attending via invitation or complimentary allocation, the refund policy does not apply. Complimentary allocations may be withdrawn if attendance is not confirmed by required deadlines.

07Ticket transfers and name changes

Tickets may be transferable only with prior written approval. Name changes must be requested at least 7 days before the event.

We may refuse transfers to protect the curated balance of the room. Any approved transfer may incur an admin fee.

08Event changes, postponement, and force majeure

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event format, agenda, timing, speakers, venue layout, or programming.

If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement notice.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, labour disputes, venue issues, travel disruption, or other force majeure events.

09Venue, access, and security

You must comply with venue rules, security requirements, and reasonable instructions from staff.

We may refuse entry or remove any person for safety, operational, or conduct reasons. You are responsible for your own belongings.

10Conduct, community standards, and removal

The Decision Room is built on respectful, high-integrity engagement.

Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, unwanted sexual attention, aggressive selling, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event without refund where conduct breaches these standards. Where appropriate, we may also restrict attendance at future events.

11Investor booths and exhibitor items

Where investor booths or standing booth zones are provided, they are designed to be simple. Any booth allocation, location, and set-up rules are determined by the Organiser.

You agree not to use materials or tactics that disrupt flow, create congestion, or misrepresent your organisation. We may remove materials that breach venue rules or safety requirements.

12Photography, filming, and media

We may photograph or film parts of the event for documentation and marketing.

By attending, you consent to reasonable use of your image in event media unless you notify us in writing before the event. Some sessions or areas may be designated as off-camera to protect privacy.

You must respect any signage or instructions relating to photography and filming.

13Intellectual property and use of materials

All event branding, content, and materials remain the property of the Organiser or the relevant rights holders. No part of the event materials may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

14Privacy and data protection

We collect and process personal data to manage applications, ticketing, event operations, and communications. We will not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data with service providers strictly for event delivery, for example ticketing or email tools. If you are approved, we may include you in attendee communications and logistical updates.

You can request deletion or correction of your data by contacting us.

15Health, safety, and accessibility

You agree to follow any health and safety rules in place at the time of the event.

If you have accessibility requirements, contact us in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them.

16Liability and disclaimers

The Decision Room is a networking and discussion environment. We do not guarantee outcomes, introductions, investment, partnerships, or commercial results.

Any conversations, decisions, or agreements made at the event are your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability is limited to the ticket price paid by you, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

17Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
