§ Edition I anchors

Wyss Academy + Innpact

Anchored the room that ran 93 NPS, 300% oversubscribed

▲ The principle

Partners shape the question. The room owns the answer.

If you host a room, whether a cluster as an anchor or a single closed-door session, you shape what it works on. You bring the live problem, name the voices missing from the table, and we work your network and ours to get them there. You review the record for factual accuracy.

The conclusions belong to the participants who reached them. That is what makes the record worth citing.

What a hosted room produces is written up: conclusions, conditions, the barriers left unresolved, and named next moves.

Eight closed-door rooms ran at Edition I, producing twenty-three recorded commitments and one deal closed on the day.

§ 02 - Ways in

Three ways to partner.

Shape the work, bring the network, or support the room. Standard access is one delegate per organisation. Partnership allocations expand with the format, and every position is limited.

"Sharing with just a few people around one question. Not listening to a panel where you hardly have the opportunity to exchange with peers. That is the difference."
Patrick Goodman · Innpact · Edition I founding partner
▲ Shape the work You set the question the room works on

Anchor Partner
Anchor a theme across two editions.
The cluster carries your name across two editions. You set the constraint it is built to work, not just the room that answers it, and the question develops year on year instead of resetting.
  • Two roundtables and a workshop inside your cluster
  • A bespoke element, co-designed with you, that exists at no other tier
  • 20 passes, first right of renewal, and no competitor takes the theme
Price on request · 20 passes, subject to fit · two-edition charter
Every Anchor partnership is developed together, in conversation, unique to what you need.
How an anchor works
· One example ·
not a fixed programme

An anchor does not buy a slot in an existing programme. The cluster is built around the constraint you name, and the sessions are designed as one movement rather than separate rooms. Held across editions, so the question develops year on year rather than resetting: what one room concludes becomes the next room's starting point.

Roundtable 01 · enablers

Who could build it

The people who could structure a solution and currently cannot, and what would have to change for them to.

Roundtable 02 · demand

Who would commit

The other side of the same constraint: the buyers and aggregators whose commitment makes it financeable.

Workshop · the close

Working the solution

A hands-on session built around one objective. It might structure a financing instrument against a named case, or teach a room of founders how valuations actually work. The format follows the objective.

Bespoke · placed anywhere

Yours alone

An opening from the floor, a private briefing, a site case, or something we build together. It sits wherever in the day it does the most work.

▼ Run a workshop
Workshop Host
Run the session where a route forward gets worked.
A working session, built and facilitated around one objective of yours.
  • Hands-on rather than discursive: structure an instrument, pressure-test a model, or build a capability the room lacks
  • Pairs with a roundtable if you want the conversation that feeds it
  • Built with our team around your problem, inside a cluster or on a subject of your own

▼ Most popular
Roundtable Host
Host a roundtable built to produce something.
You set the question a closed-door roundtable works on.
  • The investors, operators and ecosystem it needs, co-curated with our team
  • A working conversation, not a platform: you build credibility by convening, not presenting
  • Factual review of the post-event record before publication
  • Pairs with a workshop if you want the room to work a route, not only name the problem
CHF 7,500 · 3 passes · 300% oversubscribed

Each stands on its own. A roundtable puts you at the head of the table with the people your thesis needs. A workshop puts you in the room where a route gets worked. Both build authority with the same audience, and taken together they compound: the roundtable sharpens the constraint, the workshop tests a way through. Edition I proved the demand for both.
